Great Trade-in Experience! Rio Vista made trading our Chevy Equinox and buying the next car so easy. The car was 7 years old and we were ready for a new ride. We were very happy Rio Vista made trading our Chevy Equinox and buying the next car so easy. The car was 7 years old and we were ready for a new ride. We were very happy with the trade-in offer and found a great used Acadia on their lot. The car was GM certified, and although it had 54K miles, it came with a 12-month bumper to bumper warranty, and a powertrain warranty to 100K miles. We were able to trade up to a bigger car at a great price! The financing and paperwork was easy too. Thanks to Jimmy, Tyler and Sam for their work to give us a great experience. Between our family and extended family we've bought seven (7) cars from Rio Vista and we service our cars here! We wouldn't buy a car anywhere else. More

Excellent customer experience & LOVE my new Tahoe!!! Where to begin? I wasn't even LOOKING to buy a new car, I just happen to have a great friend that was shopping for herself and while she was trying a Where to begin? I wasn't even LOOKING to buy a new car, I just happen to have a great friend that was shopping for herself and while she was trying a few different cars out, I just happened to see this Tahoe and swooned at first sight - but that was at Christmas and like I said, I was not shopping for cars! Long story short, she ended up with her gorgeous Suburban about a month ago and while I was trying not to drool all over it, she said just let me talk to Tyler... Long story short, we drove up (from SB) to check it out, take it for a test drive and well now I can drool all over my own Tahoe! I did all my in initial paperwork with Jimmy, he's awesome - friendly, courteous and funny! Then I finally (!!!) met Tyler, he came in on his day off just to make sure I was taken care of (I WAS!), and finished up my financing paperwork with Erick, yet one more exceptional person to meet, swap stories and laugh while signing (I think) 53 sheets of paper... I could not have asked for a better experience, from start to finish, and I just want to say how much I appreciate y'all up there at Rio Vista Chevrolet!!! TEN GOLD STARS FOR EVERYONE! More
