Wow, did these guys exceed my expectations! They knew I was coming to see a 2020 Ford Explorer for the 1st time. They had the vehicle right outside the front door cleaned and ready to be shown. I would give a zero if I could. They knowingly sold me a certified car which was recalled but sent me home with a dangerous transmission issue & it took 9 months before I could rece They knowingly sold me a certified car which was recalled but sent me home with a dangerous transmission issue & it took 9 months before I could receive car with new transmission. They also would not give me certified care for vehicle or Suri music for a year. I was lucky to get car. Now I don't feel comfortable getting additional help More
