Pretty much every encounter I’ve had with this dealership was advantageous on their behalf or inconvenience online. From sales to inventory to dealing with the finance department to service has all been diff was advantageous on their behalf or inconvenience online. From sales to inventory to dealing with the finance department to service has all been difficult, a hassle, and expensive. I would recommend you take your business to a different BMW dealership. It’s a nice car, just not sold by a well operating, convenient, or helpful dealership. To be clear, I would buy this car again. I just wouldn’t buy it from these people. More

The dealership manager, finance manager and Aramis were great and very helpful. Communication with Tyler was spotty. It seemed like I was trying more to sell the car to my wife than he was. When we were do great and very helpful. Communication with Tyler was spotty. It seemed like I was trying more to sell the car to my wife than he was. When we were done with the financing, he was no where to be found and they even tried calling him but no answer. I would have thought that after spending $93,000 on a vehicle, he would have stopped by to say thanks or at least could have followed up with a call (or text at the bare minimum). The car was delivered to our house and Aramis was great. The car had a small mark on the console so I had to bring it back today to get cleaned. Last night, Tyler did reach out about scheduling to get it fixed. I texted him that it would be this weekend or next week, but this morning I had some time freed up so I texted him again that I could bring it in today if someone can take care of the console. He never responded, so I just showed up. They got it taken care of in about 45 minutes, but when Tyler got the car he got out, handed me the keys and kept walking without saying a word. I had to get his attention by asking if it was fixed and he did reply yes. Overall, the experience with the dealership was fine. However, the interaction we had with Tyler didn’t leave us us with with the feeling we will recommend your dealership to our friends. More

Chase in the business office was very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He tailored the purchase and additional service and maintenance products to meet our aspirations on of my CPO 2022 43 knowledgeable and very helpful. He tailored the purchase and additional service and maintenance products to meet our aspirations on of my CPO 2022 430i blue coupe. After my research of the aforementioned additional products, i.e. Permaplate appearance, Safeguard SVSC VSC Platinum Plan and Ultimate Vehicle for Tires wheels and keys, and Crystal Fusion for the windshield, and a revised aspiration, I decide to cancel the aforementioned listed additional products. He listened to my rationale in his office for cancellation and immediately set in motion on 8/15/22 the process to cancel products and have refunds forwarded to Suncoast Credit Union where the subject vehicle is financed.
