Staff was friendly, nice. We had a wonderful car buying experience, or I should say my teenage daughter did.....Until we came home....with the used car we bought....First of a We had a wonderful car buying experience, or I should say my teenage daughter did.....Until we came home....with the used car we bought....First of all the second key fob wouldn't work, we figured that out when we got home, but the dealership was closed now for the weekend, so we changed the battery and still nothing. Multiple attempts to the dealership with no return calls or texts. When we finally got one it was a, oh you can bring it in and we'll replace/fix but you'll have to pay for it .... Sigh....ok whatever. It's been about a month since we've had the car we purchased for our teen daughter and we've had nothing but issues with it now!! Emissions Coil had to be replaced, and apparently it was just stuck in there with clips broken. Spark Plugs had to be replaced. Also found that the emissions control hose was just duct taped together. How they seemed to not disclose or miss all this with any of their own work or inspections done is beyond me. Thank God my kid didn't leave for school just yet cause this lemon of a car just stalls at the drop of a hat!!! We've got to put a ton of work into it, so BEWARE when buying a used car off this lot!!! Get it checked out from a mechanic you trust before you buy!!! More
