I was told that I originally had a 10:00 am appointment to install two items promised to me. No appointment was booked, and I was added to the queue. After three hours the cross bars for my roof rack were to install two items promised to me. No appointment was booked, and I was added to the queue. After three hours the cross bars for my roof rack were installed. A few days after installation I began to notice a noise when I was driving on the highway at speeds of 50MPH or higher. I called to schedule an app it meant and was told that my appointment was for 12:30. It has now been over three hours in the service center and it is still not completed. There was no point in me dropping off my car at the allotted time if it was not going to be serviced for another two hours. This is extremely frustrating as I just purchased this SUV only six weeks ago. More
