Not sure why the survey asked about Tyrone Miller, he's the sales manager from my understanding but never saw him. Joe Alexander was our sales manager. The one bad thing we experienced was the quality he detail shop put into the car, the windshield was full of streaks and covered in a haze, there were drips of something down both doors, the surfaces inside the car had a hazy film to them. I asked to get the car wash package you offer as part of our sales deal, was told no, now I'm kinda glad seeing the quality they put into it. More
