We left the dealership without a car as we were still indecisive on what type of car to get and Tyrone was so great, he did not pressure us into staying and buying right there in then. He didn’t play the part of the “sales guy” doing everything they can to not let you walk out without a deal. A few weeks later, we got in touch with Tyrone and after spending multiple hours looking at their inventory, Tyrone and the folks at Greenway we’re very helpful, patient and got us a great deal on a new 2019 Grand Cherokee. While other dealers wanted to play keep the price high on the new 2020 Gladiator, you didn't hesitate to negotiate fairly with me on this new model. Upon arrival to pick it up the vehicle was ready and test drive was given to us even though we had already driven others before. Finally a few papers were signed with me by the sales person in preperation for the finance department. Within seven minutes the Finance manager meet with us and within thirty minutes we were headed to our new ride going over the features with Tyrone, and we were on our way with this awesome new 2020 Gladiator Overland.
