Additionally, he quickly obtained the keys for both and allowed us to check out both cars. We chose our car and Tyrone quickly got to work on an offer. Within a few minutes Tyrone was back with the first offer. Of course, the first offer typically is not the final offer. We made a strong counteroffer and Tyrone came back quickly with it approved. Next we worked with Daniel from the finance department who did a very good job as well. As most everyone knows the finance department has lots of maintenance options that make a good profit for the dealership. Daniel quickly went through the options and made a reasonable recommendation. I did not feel pressured to buy anything. We made our decision to purchase the car and Daniel quickly got the paperwork ready and we finalized the purchase. If you haven't been to Greenway it's a unique and different experience from other dealerships that I really liked. They have an open and spacious seating area with comfortable chairs and tables that are spread out to allow privacy from other potential buyers. Daniel completed all the paperwork on a tablet in the comfortable seating area in a quick and efficient manner. Once we completed the purchase, we were greeted by Sharia the customer relations manager who ensured we were completely satisfied with our entire buying experience. She has also followed up with us to ensure we are completely satisfied. Tyrone has also reached out several times over the past few weeks to make sure everything is good with our new lime green Dodge Charger.
