We had a problem with our Jeep Grand Cherokee within 40 minutes after we picked it up. The car died on us right on the road. I called Tyrone up and his boss came and picked us up and said "Don't worry, w minutes after we picked it up. The car died on us right on the road. I called Tyrone up and his boss came and picked us up and said "Don't worry, we will make this right". He gave us a loaner car at no charge, until our car was fixed. There is more to this which I will add to under Tyrone Anu review. This dealership sets the standard for what car dealerships should be! I could not find an area to write about Tyrone Anu, so I will put it here . Tyrone deserves more than 5 stars. He treated my wife and me with respect. He never had any crude remarks about my wife knowledge on cars. Going back to the car experience, when Tyrone got us the loaner car, he said if we had any questions to call him. A few days later he called us up and said he had good news and bad news. The bad news was that the engine would have to be replaced. The good news was at no charge to us!! Again he told us if we had any questions to contact him at any time. We did have a few questions during the time they had our Jeep, and Tyrone always answered us right away, wether he was working or not. We have had our Jeep back now for about three weeks now. Tyrone messaged me to find out how the car was going. Wow!!! I am impressed. Like I said about the dealership, the same goes for Tyrone Anu, he has set the standard for car salesmen! More

Our chosen vehicle had a hard to notice dent (due to body shape and color) - when we brought it to Tyrone’s attention a few days after purchasing the vehicle, it was promptly fixed with no questions asked, no hassle, and excellent communication.
