A pleasant experience. I drove a couple of SUVs, all the knobs and gadgets were explained to me in detail. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I felt relaxed and happy with my final decision to buy a RAV4. I never felt pressured. When I drove out of the lot in my new RAV4 I felt I was knowledgeable about it. My salesman, Kaine Slaughter, is an awesome young man. He has been quick to answer any questions I’ve had. I have used Kirksville Motors Service Department since 2015. They do an excellent job. So I feel with my new RAV4 I have excellent sales staff to ask future questions and an excellent Service Department to keep my RAV4 in top condition for years in the future. Neta Chandler More
