I ended up buying a new truck as with all the rebates at that time, it was the best thing financially for us. However, there was never any pressure towards any of the options I had (fix the old, buy a used one, buy a new one). Jim was wonderful in his communication to me, keeping me constantly updated. Richie also did a great job in keeping me updated, and Darius and Tyson took care of us promptly in the finance area. We had previously bought 2 used vehicles from them and they both are still running great, and even though they were low cost, the great service then was why I came back when we had this issue with our truck. I would definitely recommended Kirksville Motor Company and their staff, and I know we we will be customers again More

They were upfront about how inventory works and treated me like an intelligent person. Financing was also a good experience, and there was a fair amount of flexibility in the options of coverage and financing to meet my budgetary needs. Everything from the test drive to future service was straightforward and was easily the best vehicle purchasing experience I've had, in my limited experience. More
