My Silverado was scheduled for service related to a couple of potential warranty issues. One issue was not able to be replicated by the service tech. The tech continued to attempt update downloads. couple of potential warranty issues. One issue was not able to be replicated by the service tech. The tech continued to attempt update downloads. Due to this, the vehicle needed to be kept for 6 days. Uriah kept me informed along the way and I understood the issues and reason for needing to keep the vehicle for an extended time. Updates seem to have solved the issue. Thank you to Uriah and the tech for taking care of the issues. More

Uriah sold me my truck about a year ago and it was nice to see him again when I brought it in for service.
