While there he was very helpful even though I couldn't drive the car I was interested in. He also wasn't pushy like so many other salesmen I have dealt with in the past. Yesterday I finally decided to purchase a car and instead of going back to Fitzgerald to see V, I went through Truecar.com and went to the dealership they recommended. When I arrived at the other dealership and met their salesman he told me that they didn't have what I wanted there. They went so far as to have the General Mgr., try to get me to purchase something I didn't want, and then have a Hyundai Rep. tell me that I couldn't get that car and if I did, I would pay sticker plus. I left a little pissed. I then called around to see if there were actually another dealership that had the car, then just gave up and called V. Calling V was what I should have done in the first place. He came in on his day off and took the time to get with his Sales Mgr and find the exact car I wanted. Not only did they find the exact car, I paid only $200 above invoice only because they had to pay someone to go get it from another dealership. V was straight with me from moment one about everything. I received a good price on my trade and it was the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. If you ever want to buy from a great dealership, I would highly recommend Fitzgearld Hyundai in Clearwater! More

My overall experience was great because it was beyond my expectations of what customer service is all about. My immediate sales person, Vadim, took the time out to address/answer any concerns or questions I expectations of what customer service is all about. My immediate sales person, Vadim, took the time out to address/answer any concerns or questions I had thoroughly throughout my entire buying experience inlcluding my first test drive which was in March, and my purchase date which was in May, as well as even after I purchased my vehicle. I was referred to Vadim by a family member who had previously bought two vehicles from him, and also had a great expereince as well. I would go to him again in the future because I felt comfortable and at ease when purchasing my vehicle, and he made sure all my questions were answered without making me feel pressured or rushed. Every staff member that I came in contact with, including the finance person, the employees in the service department and the manager, were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend Fitzgerald Clearwater Hyundai to any future buyers because you get great service, honest employees, and friendly staff. More

Gordon is non pressure and down to earth and a genuine real person. Vadim our sales rep is following the example of his "GM Gordon" and also goes the extra mile to make purchasing a car from Fitzgerald Hyundai of Clearwater a joy, nearly painless and a genuine positive experience! Vadim is calm, no pressure, and patient, as i made many changes during our meeting and he handled them superbly. His thorough demonstrations and explanation of the vehicle before and following the delivery was more than acceptable. To begin with my wife died on 3/13/2013. The vehicle I had bought for her had too many memories so I traded it in for a new car. I went immediately to Vadim. He was compassionate, concerned, and still v had bought for her had too many memories so I traded it in for a new car. I went immediately to Vadim. He was compassionate, concerned, and still very supportive and competent in understanding why I needed to trade in my wife's car. After that and knowing that I was incapable of comparing one vehicle to another I trusted Vadim to make the choice for me. An interesting side note is that my daughter was concerned about my decision making ability while still in mourning .She called me on my cell phone to check on me. When I told her I was with "V" she said "good Job, follow his advice". So you can see that Vadim is now our personal consultant when car shopping for our self and he is the person we will recommend to others as an excellent salesman working for an excellent dealership, The Santa Fe that Vadim recommended has exceeded my expectations and he has my heartfelt thanks. However it would be inappropriate to close without also mentioning Jack Broome, As always he was attentive without being intrusive. He understood that my brain injury needed additional time to absorb and digest the mountain of information I had just acquired. He took time the next day to help me review my purchase, my options the length of time before each option expired and did so with patience.and competence. I was sorry that Alan Augustine was not there at the time since he is one of the three important people in completing a purchase of a vehicle that have my implicit trust.
