He didn’t employ any of the aggressive sales practices you get at a less professional dealership and worked within exactly what our needs were. At no point was he dishonest or did he haggle with any of the details. I also appreciated that there was no good cop/bad cop with the sales manager tactic. Once I sat in Val’s office (the sales manager- I am sorry I can’t remember her last name) she picked up right where Austin left off and we were all on the same page. She explained all of the paperwork (including the Gap insurance : ) extensively and had us out the door with a new vehicle (and trade in) in just over 2 hours.
