Shockingly bad dealer. And the cars are lousy and they can't fix them when they break down. I couldn't be more disappointed with my experience with Hyundai and the Tasca dealership. My 2025 I5 had an ICCU failure with only 3,700 miles on it and when only four months old. (This is a catastrophic and terrifying failure where the car completely stops. I am now aware that this is a long-standing problem with Hyundais, that they have not been able -- or willing -- to resolve. And there is no fix. They just replace the part eventually, and you are no less likely to have it happen again.) They didn’t repair my car for well over two months. I never received a call from an owner or manager of the dealer, or my salesman (who answered a few texts, but was unapologetic and zero help). No acknowledgment of the very unfortunate situation, or reassurance that they were doing everything possible to resolve my case. When calling, I never once got through to a live person in the service department ... it always went into a generic voicemail, no matter when you call, and they seem oblivious to messages left. (One time when I got through, it was because I went to sales and, surprise, got a person immediately, who I then begged to get me through to service.) I couldn't even speak to someone about a loaner for the first week. (I was assured by Hyundai Corporate that my rental and Ubers would be paid for; then they refused to pay in full.) **Even Hyundai’s corporate office told me they weren't getting through to, or return phone calls from, this dealership.** The service rep was snarky, unprofessional, unhelpful, and even dishonest at times. The attitude from the beginning was as if they were doing me a tremendous favor. Once I didn't check in for three weeks, and still the response was hostile. I think it is fair to say it is the worst customer service I have ever received from a business. That this is what you get when a brand new, expensive car breaks down -- that they can't fix -- is shocking. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I was told by my service rep, "And if you would like you are more than welcome to pick up your vehicle if it’s taking to [sic] long." This is an unacceptable reply. I had a fully inoperable car that they couldn't fix, and then tell me I can come pick it up if I am frustrated. They are unabashed in their snark -- even willing to put it in writing. Before you buy a Hyundai, spend some time on Facebook groups connected to these cars. People are having serious problems, repair parts are not available, and the service they are receiving in response is unacceptable. And if you decide to buy one, I sincerely encourage you to choose a different dealership. More

this is in regards to my overall experience, particularly service…. There are too many reasons why this dealership gets a plethora of one star reviews. And also not to mention they are not associated with service…. There are too many reasons why this dealership gets a plethora of one star reviews. And also not to mention they are not associated with the Better Business Bureau - that is because in order to be associated with the Better Business Bureau you need to agree to their practices which clearly they have not and it shows very blatantly… and to be honest with you, you are better off putting your car on a tugboat and sending it to Korea to have it fixed. it will definitely be back to you in a more timely manner and you will probably get quicker updates via international mail then this dealership, because i have received ZERO and have had to call and stay on them every day! the incompetence of this dealership is mind-boggling and it is beyond a sorry excuse.. I will never return here ever again… and look, don't take it from me, take it from the multitude of one-star reviews…. and to the dealership, don’t even bother responding to this because there is absolutely nothing that can make up for this abhorrent way of doing any sort of business. i can’t imagine anyone that works here really truly loves their job and beyond that, who would, working at a low quality car dealership contributing absolutely nothing to society…. with all that being said, I don’t hold it against the employees completely, I hold it against management and whoever owns this dealership because as I know with any business, it trickles down from the top and clearly the top is at the bottom of the professionalism pile. thanks for pretty much nothing but an inconvenient headache. You couldn’t offer me a free car to make up for this absolute lack of everything on every level. icing on the cake is when i get there, to finally get my car back after 15 days of waiting.. back orders. no loaners. and the guy GEROGE.. who can’t be trusted and is beyond lazy, who also never once called to give me any updates, finally tells me it’s ready, after i hound him down for updates.. gives me a 15 minute window to get my car. i arrive and it’s not ready. there is no one at the desk and he is no where to be found. UNBELIEVABLE. BUT BELIEVE IT, BECAUSE THIS HAPPENED. you’ve been warned ps… take a wild guess as to whether or not my car was even washed, but it’s ok, because there is no way i could be any more disgusted. if you are into losing faith in humanity, and masochism you’ll feel right at home here. PPS. my car is also scratched where they leaned on the body of my car to do work in my engine. see photo. and i won’t even go back to them to have it remedied, because its just not worth the hassle. Service specialist Valerie is rude, was showing her poker face whole appointment and said she won’t deal with my car and took it out off the repair center. Before she said it will take 45 mins - 1 hour. I came back in 1 hour and my car wasn’t even inside, it was still outside. And all they need to do is to check the battery. That’s it! It’s not even full service appointment. That’s awful. That’s the worst! Last time they said they didn’t provide shuttle service, and the service specialist was rude (as it usually happens in there), though it is so promoted when you buy their cars. Will never come back here again. Better to go to Fairfield Hyundai center. More
