Once we agreed on the figures, they arranged a dealer swap and Tom personally drove to Ventura the next day to make the trade. The service advisor states she can’t synchronize with other dealerships for the latest oil change intervals.. so she said the car appears not to have had oil change done in 13k miles. I told her it was done at Subaru orange coast. No action taken by service advisor . Why not do what is right for the customer? More
