Absolutely horrific communication skills with this dealership and the finance manager. If i was able to leave zero stars I would. Months of no communication just for a simple payment to a third party dealership and the finance manager. If i was able to leave zero stars I would. Our vehicle was totaled and now we are stuck with a balance because no one can do their job and re-issue a check that was shorted. LaFontaine refuses to make this right with simple communication.
