I recently purchased my very first Jeep from Shaker’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I could not have had a better experience! While I’ve purchased vehicles from other Shaker dealerships in the past, th Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I could not have had a better experience! While I’ve purchased vehicles from other Shaker dealerships in the past, this was my first time working with this particular location, and the entire team was outstanding. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful, extraordinarily friendly, and genuinely made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I knew what I was looking for, and they went above and beyond to find the right Jeep for me. What impressed me even more was how smoothly they handled everything knowing that I live out of state. They were able to get the Jeep to me and made what could have been a complicated process feel completely seamless. From the sales team to everyone else I interacted with at the dealership, the level of customer service was exceptional. They made me feel like they were just as excited about my first Jeep as I was! I will absolutely be keeping in touch with the team at Shaker’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I will gladly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone I know in Connecticut who is looking for a new vehicle. Thank you to the entire team for making my first Jeep purchase such a great experience. You have definitely earned a repeat customer! More
