Purchased a 2023 Audi RS6 from Vic. During the negotiation, I discovered two wheels were damaged. To move forward with the deal, I asked for the wheels to be repaired. The wheels were patched, not repaired. One wheel is partially painted, the other side is machined. One is fully painted and two are original which is a machined finish. Now all wheels need to be cnc machined so they match at a cost of $1600. I trusted the dealership would properly finish the wheels to factory finish on a 100k vehicle. The manager called me and apologized. Offered to pay a small amount to offset the cost to refinish. I explained this will not cover the cost and if I would have known this was the outcome, I would have purchased another vehicle. He was apologetic, but that's it. Remote buyers be aware. More
