Vicki was very friendly and was accurately able to advise when a vehicle was delivered so I could come back and test drive it. Unfortunately, due to a scheduling issue when I arrived she had already informed when a vehicle was delivered so I could come back and test drive it. Unfortunately, due to a scheduling issue when I arrived she had already informed Israel about my appointment and he was able to complete my appointment. Vicki was very thorough updating Israel on my needs. Israel was very informative and there was no question I asked that he was not able to answer completely. Both of these sales people were extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I'm very impressed by the staff at this dealership and have had a relationship with this company since they have generously been an exclusive partner in the past and continue with a sponsorship with me for our annual Great Plains Stampede Rodeo event which is just across the road from the dealership. This dealership is so kind to even allow our parking overflow at the event annually in addition to being a sponsor.
