I found my dream car at this dealership. I called about it and asked if I could come test drive it on a Saturday evening because in addition to my regular job, I also work weekends. They ag I called about it and asked if I could come test drive it on a Saturday evening because in addition to my regular job, I also work weekends. They agreed. I drove 198 miles to test drive the car. When we arrived, John, the salesman I spoke to on the phone wasn't there. We test drove it worth another sales person. It seemed to drive fairly well and according to John, and the other sales person I test drove with, it had everything I was looking for in a car. When we finished test driving the car, we were pushed through the finance department at a very quick pace. I asked them to allow down a few times as I was being asked to sign paperwork already. I had some questions and felt rushed. The finance guy started that he was trying to leave town and John would contact me next week when he got back to town. It's now been nearly a month. I've left several phone messages and emails but never got a call back. I finally got John on the phone when I called and he picked up. I have him a list of several items I needed to know about. He again stated that he would get back to me. I received cookies in the mail from him, which was nice, but what I would like is some service. They continued to tell me that the car buying process has changed and is now streamlined. What it seems to me is that the process hasn't changed at all but the dealership doesn't take responsibility for providing service any longer. Update: The week before Thanksgiving, I was able to drive back to Altus to get my car worked on. I got a hotel room the night before we had to be there at 8:15 Tuesday morning. When we arrived, we sat in the waiting room until 11:00am for the service manager to tell us they had to order parts and they wouldn't be there until Wednesday. We got another night's hotel and brought the car back Wednesday morning. They fixed everything except the update on the navigation system. The service manager stated that as soon as he got the part in, he would send someone after my car to fix it so we wouldn't have to get another hotel room. It's now January and I've not heard back yet. I'm hopeful to hear something soon. More
