Their follow on service was extremely substandard. After selling my car and trying to get paid by them, they obfuscated and gave me the run around. I was paid nearly a week after they said I would be After selling my car and trying to get paid by them, they obfuscated and gave me the run around. I was paid nearly a week after they said I would be paid, and only after I hounded them on a daily basis to ascertain what was going on. I never received return calls, I constantly had to initiate contact to find out what was going on. Extremely disorganized, rude, disrespectful, and arrogant managerial staff made this experience very unpleasant. I will never do business with this dealership or their chain again. More
