My experience with Mtn. View Honda has been a nightmare. I purchased a used vehicle that needed sensor/radar issues repaired & was promised everything would be taken care of View Honda has been a nightmare. I purchased a used vehicle that needed sensor/radar issues repaired & was promised everything would be taken care of—I returned a few weeks later because radar malfunction messages were popping up—(side note: I was told that I would have 6 months/6,000 miles of worry free maintenance since it was a used car) I was SHOCKED when I was told I’d have to pay $400 for the repair. I left frustrated because they tried to sell me a “new” car (2024) that was going to cost me an additional $75 a month and 3 MORE years of payments 😳 *Their offer included me trading in the used car I just purchased but my trade in value was $3000 less. OMG —I left in tears . . . I have since had a certified body shop fix the radar issues and they reported that the car had had body work done (Carfax report does not include a collision 😡) Mtn. View Honda did not disclose this. I’m now out $350 for this repair & the body shop said the problem was recalibration—when Mtn. View Honda performed the earlier repairs they failed to do this. It’s been an ordeal & I regret the day I drove into the lot. I won’t return, nor will I suggest this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

I WILL NOT suggest this dealership to anyone—I was sold a used car that they promised would be great and that I had 6 months of worry free maintenance if I purchased —it’s been there twice for service and no used car that they promised would be great and that I had 6 months of worry free maintenance if I purchased —it’s been there twice for service and now they’re asking me to pay to “fix” something that they should be taking care of —SO DISAPPOINTED in the dealership & their customer service —I will probably end up trading this 🍋 to another dealership. Jakob Hawkins was my sales man. He was quick to respond to my interest on a vehicle as well as Michelle. Jakob sent me all the information about the vehicle when I asked for it. He set up a test drive appointment and got me all set up for my buying. There was a check engine light for a part that needed replaced. They address the issue and replacement in a timely manner. Then I worked with Christian for financing, he was great as well. I would recommend going to Mountain View Honda. Everyone I worked with were extremely nice and very helpful. More
