I’m please to say that Victor is responsive, efficient and most importantly a man of his word. Crazy story, I contacted crown by mistake to complain about another dealership and their sales person who jus and most importantly a man of his word. When Victor mentioned to me that they did not have a sales person by that name at the dealership he kindly said let’s see what I can do to help out and guess what you’re in our business! None of this back-and-forth over days ever took place! (I’m sure all of you dislike the dance that we have to do when buying a car!) More
