I've been a loyal Crown customer for over 15 years, and despite moving nearly 3 hours away, I continue to choose them. Their exceptional customer service makes all the difference - I'm always treated like a valued individual, not just a sale. That kind of personal touch keeps me coming back! However, I was a bit disappointed with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. After leasing with them for over 15 years with a flawless payment record, I was surprised that they couldn't provide me with financing options this time around. It's interesting to think about loyalty in this context. Fortunately, the dealer was extremely helpful, as always, and assisted me in finding a suitable financial institution. Victor from the sales team was particularly helpful, guiding me through my options and ensuring a smooth experience. More
