great dealership My wife and I traded in a Cadillac XT5 at Crown Mercedes Benz on hwy 19. We talked with Victor Lema, he showed us the model Mercedes we talked about. Victor was very nice, explained the options, moved at a comfortable pace, there was NO PRESSURE, we felt very comfortable, really nice guy, no one likes dealing with sales people and dealerships, Victor was so easy to talk and deal with, this Crown Mercedes dealership on hwy 19 is different than other car dealerships. Marc the finance and lease guy was friendly, nice guy too. long story short, we drove away with our new car, job well done.
