My husband and I were looking for a vehicle. We wanted a GMC Acadia. Found one on the lot. I hated that we could not walk the lot and look at vehicles. I hated how the salesman did not listen to We wanted a GMC Acadia. Found one on the lot. I hated that we could not walk the lot and look at vehicles. I hated how the salesman did not listen to what we wanted. We reviewed three vehicles before he finally brought what we wanted. When it comes to talking numbers they said it would be an additional $6000 based on dealers fees ofl $3000. The vehicle needed new tires for they were all almost to the wear bar and the one tire had a rip in It. We asked for new tires with the deal and they wanted us to pay for the tires, claiming it passed inspection. When we said no deal and started walking out of the dealership, the salesman said he couldn't believe we wasted all that time for nothing. Next day the manager called asked why we didn't purchase the vehicle. I explained why and rudely he was like do you want tires or a discount. I said both....he then proceeded to yell at me and said when I was ready to make a deal to call. I told him when he was ready to call me, but I wasn't dealing with his condescending tone. Don't go here, run! More

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , he put me on hold over and over again and telling me his ex was having.problems with her boyfriend , i think he said her name it was Shannon ?
