Polite service although the up-selling & exaggeration about needing a new engine and cabin air filter was a huge turn-off. I installed new ones and knew I wouldn’t need those. The pics from the multi-poi about needing a new engine and cabin air filter was a huge turn-off. I installed new ones and knew I wouldn’t need those. The pics from the multi-point service check need context. I had to ask what I was looking at and further explanation which was graciously provided. So kudos on the communication. More

I didn’t want my truck washed! I took my truck to get the second key installed, warranty work. I assumed since you could see how shiny my truck was and that I wasn’t asked if I wan I took my truck to get the second key installed, warranty work. I assumed since you could see how shiny my truck was and that I wasn’t asked if I wanted my truck washed that my truck wouldn’t be washed. I was wrong my truck wash washed. I spent 4 hours the night before detailing my truck. Now I get to do it again due to all the water spots from Ziegler Toyota putting my truck through the car wash when all I wanted was my second key. More
