I worked in the automotive industry for over 25 years as a Service Manager & Service Director. This team is what I always strove to make my team. Their attention to detail and the care they gave all through the process was impeccable. I would highly recommend them to anyone and when I'm ready for another vehicle, I won't go anywhere else. The sales process was extremely smooth overall. I do feel like we were probably taken advantage of, as the purchase options that were presented to us kind of forced us into a warranty and gap insur I do feel like we were probably taken advantage of, as the purchase options that were presented to us kind of forced us into a warranty and gap insurance policy that ended up costing us a lot of money - felt like they were trying to max out our payment based on what we said we could afford. After getting the car home and finding out it had a check engine light, the support was extremely poor, and the communication was worse. I did not hear anything unless I reached out, and then followed up, and the responses were minimal at best. I also found out today that the TPMS sensors are all bad and need to be replaced, and this is something that was not mentioned when I asked about the light during the purchase process. Overall, very much NOT satisfied with the dealership as a whole. We will see how the service department does, as we need to use the warranty already that we paid an arm and a leg for. More

From the start of this purchase to the end was undesirable. To start the communication was not horrible. I felt pressured into buying a car that I’ve never seen because I don’t have great credit. undesirable. To start the communication was not horrible. Instead of telling me that they added money on the sale price to offset all of the incentives that were put on there. Now this car is thousands of dollars over blue book value just because I have not great credit and for them to get a sale. when they said they were going to deliver my car I assume that they were going to deliver on a flatbed truck not drive it up here over 200 miles. I drive the car around 20 or 30 miles a day. And when receiving the car, it’s got this plastic wrap all over the car looks like scratches, smokes, and it smells like burning in the inside the car I took it to the dealership in Spokane. they told me they checked out and the burning smell was paint and stuff on the bottom of the car. It would’ve been nice if they would’ve gotten all that off there before they delivered it they had days before they delivered it to detail the whole car. the purchase Manager victorI have asked to send me the odometer statement in an email. That was on Friday. and I asked to cancel the warranty I bought in the car. He said I’m sorry I’m not sure what her name was would have to take care of that and she wouldn’t be back until Sunday. I called on Sunday and she wouldn’t even talk to me. I talked to another manager and he said he was going to send me the odometer reading in an email Monday. I still never received any odometer reading so now on Tuesday I’ve got a call Victor and tell him that I still have not received it. This is ridiculous. I need that odometer reading from my old car to be able to get my extended warranty refunded from my old car. I purchased the car well over two weeks ago and still no papers in the mail Walla Walla, Washington and Spokane Washington are not that far apart. It should take days to receive the mail from the dealership. More
