Victoria was very personable and was a great representative of the dealership. She shared her information and opinions with us, but we never felt uncomfortably pressured to buy or add on extra s representative of the dealership. Wilsonville Toyota isn't as awesome as they may come across. They will sell you a vehicle with numerous issues. And then when confronted with the issues regarding the vehicle they portray as if they a across. They will sell you a vehicle with numerous issues. And then when confronted with the issues regarding the vehicle they portray as if they are doing everything in order to work out the issues. The worst part is that they will paint this picture as if they are so great and they don't have to help and they are the only dealership that would even entertain vehicle issue after selling. And they will up talk themselves and their business as if you won't be bale to find anththing better! That's some narcissistic personalities if I have ever dealt with it. To add, the lack of communication amongst every lacks when there is an issue. The overseeing manager (Boyce) never gets back to you. Josh the sales manager was a complete waste of time and feeding you a bunch of salesman crap that I the end when had the information checked with another dealership confirmed that all of what he said was a lie! All the way down to Vaugh Allen, the absolute worst salesman to work with. He did not communicate. He evidently showed that he didn't care. That was also seen by another buyer that was working with him as well. If you can avoid Toyota Wilsonville I'd suggest you to do so. If you need proof of conversationa and or transcript messages. After searching a 150 mile radius from our home for the 2024 RAV4 we wanted, we settled on Wilsonville Toyota. They had the RAV4 Hybrid Limited we were looking for. I was able to get a solid, out the door 2024 RAV4 we wanted, we settled on Wilsonville Toyota. They had the RAV4 Hybrid Limited we were looking for. I was able to get a solid, out the door price at more that was $1000 below MSRP, all via email. Other dealers around me were quoting full MSRP. Victoria Garcia handled the entire process (even the finance office stuff), and had us out the door and on the road in less than 2 hours. This was all completed over a 3 day process, and finalized the day befor our out of state trip. We would highly recommend Wilsonville Toyota for your northern Oregon Toyota purchase! More

Overall good experience. Our first salesman almost lost the sale through lack of customer service. Thankfully we came back a few days later and Victoria helped us; she was am Our first salesman almost lost the sale through lack of customer service. Thankfully we came back a few days later and Victoria helped us; she was amazingly helpful, and accommodated our needs perfectly. The only other negative was that the sales manager made a mistake that increased our agreed-upon payment by over $10; not a huge amount, but we felt they should have at least split the difference. It's the manager's job to know they can honor any final deal they offer in writing. After all the payments and the extra interest incurred, this could cost us close to $1,000 over the price we signed for. Still, the overall experience was positive enough that we would not hesitate to buy from them again, and the customer service we received from our salesperson, Victoria, was the best of any I've experienced in the industry.
