Brent Poling to the rescue! I came in to service my 2016 Corolla and come to find out that I had a little situation with the status of my lease. I was on pace to go over the mile I came in to service my 2016 Corolla and come to find out that I had a little situation with the status of my lease. I was on pace to go over the mileage cap, which meant I was going to end up paying some serious fees. Well, Brent sat down with me and went over all of our options. It was a little nerve wrecking because I wasn't expecting to have to deal with such situation. However, Brent worked his magic AGAIN and we were able to figure everything out. I walked in that morning to service my '16 Corolla and walked out with a 2017 Corolla (Purchase) and with a deal that was very fair. Of course Alesia Durr closed me out and it's always a pleasure to work with her! She makes sure all the I's are dotted and the T's crossed. I love her attention to detail and making sure we understand everything before we walk out of her office. She's also so flexible and understand with people's situations and always puts us in a position to win. I love that about her. I've said it before and I'll say it again and again- The team at Fred Anderson Toyota, especially Brent and Alesia- because my family and I have done several transaction with them, are the BEST IN THE BUSINESS. That being said, once I found my car, I LOVED working with Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston, even from 1,700 miles away!I decided to fly in, and drive my 2014 Kia Sorento back home to Denver, Colorado. Sales Rep Brent Poling and Business Manager Alesia Durr made my experience not only easy, but very enjoyable! Brent made sure the car was detailed and clean, while Alesia made sure all my paperwork was ready to go. I could not be happier with the buying experience. From my initial interaction with Victoria in Internet sales to Ryan, to the finance manager David Catoe whonwas also exceptional, this car buying experience was the most enjoyable one in my 51 years. Buying a car is stressful, but the friendly staff at Fred Anderson made it so much simpler and wuicker didn't play games, bent over backwards to meet our expectations and gave us an amazing deal. Ryan was very professional and wasy to work with as was David in finance. But both were also super nice and fun! We also met the sales manager Chris Fitgerald who was also a delight. Also,Ryan's expert knowledge of both Toyota vehicles we test drove and all their features, especially the Highlander we purchased, was quite in-depth. We will be using their service department as well from now on and can't say enough about Ryan and everyone else at Fred Anderson in Charleston. More
