I went 20 dealers before cape cod carz looking for a specific car and every dealership was one price online another in person my experience w/ capecodcarz was amazing! I would sent family there! They did not force any services they were OFFERED without pressure! I was able to get otd price (and a good price I test drove 20 Prior to this visit) before I drove an hour to see the car. I went to pick up paperwork and I overheard them encouraging a young couple not to buy a car because how bad their rate would be and how long they wanted to stretch the loan . No other Dealers I went to were treating people this well and honestly! I was getting very disheartened by the car selling industry prior to landing at capecodcarz!!! More

Found exactly what we were looking for at Cape Cod Carz. Rick was friendly and helpful and provided the maintenance history on the vehicle as well as information on where it came from. I bought a F350 from Rick and crew they couldn't have been more helpful or friendly and helpful . They made the whole process easy and painless.The girls in the front office are great to deal with. From the moment you begin speaking to them (phone, emai I can say with 100% confidence I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else except Cape Cod Carz. From the moment you begin speaking to them (phone, email, in person) you are made to feel heard, understood and important to them. They worked with me on my financial status, made sure every one of my questions were answered and in detail, and literally made sure I was comfortable and happy through the whole process. I'm pregnant and needed a lot more room in my new vehicle, so even though I didn't HAVE to trade in at that moment, I never once was pressured to get something I didn't want/need. Victoria took care of every question, all paperwork, the girls at the front are outstanding! I met Rick junior and senior.....they are both so wonderful and hysterical to listen to! An incredible family business! I will be bringing by my babies when born to meet them over there because we are literally friends now!
