If I had a choice to go somewhere else I WOULD. Had an appointment and was assigned a representative. After being ignored for almost 10 minutes the acknowledged me. Said he was doing paperwork work in order to go on vacation so anther representative would have to help me. New representative said the 80k service would be $600. I asked what services were included in the 80k. I asked why they were previously done while under the extended warranty period. Discovered one service was and the other was a dealer recommended 80k but factory was at 100k. Asked why these weren’t done previously, no answer. When I returned the representative did say I had Ford points and applied them. Which was good. I waited for my car to be brought to me. Another car was brought first even though they were after me, NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. We are starting the process to look at purchasing a new vehicle. NOT AARON FORD!. More

After a poor experience with the new Aaron Ford, I decided to give them another try. Maxx was a welcome surprise. He was friendly and informative about my service.
