They sold me a vehicle and 50 miles and 2 days later the engine valve train broke. Now it's in their shop for over a week and the service manager said he doesn't know when it can be repaired because parts a engine valve train broke. Now it's in their shop for over a week and the service manager said he doesn't know when it can be repaired because parts are on a long back order. Meanwhile I'm supposed to make payments on a vehicle that is sitting in your lot. I asked if I could just get either get my trade in back or get a different one of the same type and deal but was told no. They are letting me use a loaner for now. Myself and family have done business with you numerous times over the years so this is a big let down of my confidence in gainesville buick GMC. At this point I'm not sure if I will continue to do so. More
