The process to diagnose my stereo problem was a lot more than they had anticipated, and the service manager, Armand, facilitated me talking with the mechanic, Vince, to ask specific questions to help diagnose the problem. I had an emergency situation develop with my 2002 Volvo XC 70 over the weekend. After getting to the dealership, my vehicle was inspected, the problem quickly identified, and resolved. Thanks to my service advisor, Brian Lawrence, and my mechanic, Vince. Sr. for such great service and care. Both men know how much I value quality service and how dependent I am on my vehicle. The most important thing is that both Brian and Vince, Sr. understand that I know my car and how it should operate so when I bring it in for an unscheduled check, they know something's wrong and do everything they can to resolve the issue quickly and for a reasonable price. I will continue to recommend both these gentlemen and Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale to others. More
