Both the salesman and finance representative we worked with were absolutely wonderful! I never felt at all pressured, and no question was too small or silly - they were happy to answer anything and usual with were absolutely wonderful! Though our many questions caused us to go well beyond closing time, both reps seemed genuinely happy to assist for as long as necessary (we never felt at all rushed). On top of everything, they both took a genuine interest in our lives outside of the vehicle purchase. We interacted with our salesman the next day, and it was obvious that he had actually gone online to look into some of the info we had provided to him about us (like checking out some YouTube videos and other websites). Our purchase truly was an enjoyable experience all around! More

This was the 6th Audi that I purchased, but the 1st at this dealership. Sales staff was not overly experienced, but they worked hard to get the transaction done.
