I generally have has a great experience getting my service done here. Vincent was awesome, and great at explaining things. But this time they added a surcharge for using a credit card, although the service done here. Vincent was awesome, and great at explaining things. But this time they added a surcharge for using a credit card, although they had a sign, no one pointed it out until I noticed a difference between the charged amount and the invoice. This is a premium car and Audi is supposed to be a premium service product. I have never been charged a Credit Card surgcharge for anything else that is considered a premium product. They either need to change this approach and take the charge themselves, or atleast explain to customers immediately before the carge goes through that there is a surcharge for using AMEX. More

The service clientele are not at all friendly, the work is extremely expensive (especially for labor), and if you don’t reserve a loaner car and the service takes a while, you’re screwed and have to pay ou is extremely expensive (especially for labor), and if you don’t reserve a loaner car and the service takes a while, you’re screwed and have to pay out of pocket for a rental car. Terrible service! More
