We felt that they were not transparent with the price. Quoted one price by salesperson for base car and then got higher price from another which was supposed to include a package costing about 1500 but wa Quoted one price by salesperson for base car and then got higher price from another which was supposed to include a package costing about 1500 but was later told let's keep it separate but price wasn't changed. Went back after when we realized it and was told we misunderstood and paying cash is always higher despite quote of 500 difference to do a loan. Was told paying cash is also higher which I know is not true. Offered an oil change as an offering. That extra oil change is costing me $1500. It also took 8 hours at the dealer and we did not haggle. Very disappointed. More
