I presented to Jim White Toyota with the hopes of trading in my 2022 Lexus RX 350. Upon arriving I was pleased to meet Pam Lugari. I began to tell her that I needed to obtain a vehicle with a lower car p in my 2022 Lexus RX 350. Upon arriving I was pleased to meet Pam Lugari. I began to tell her that I needed to obtain a vehicle with a lower car payment, as I was recently divorced and was struggling to keep the Lexus. Pam was so upbeat and positive that she could get me into a car with a lower payment. I was skeptical and honest with her about my credit. Pam stated that she had the perfect car in mind for me. Pam was understanding of my situation and was successful in assisting me with this task. I ended up purchasing a 2020 Camry Hybrid. It was exactly the color I wanted and had everything I needed. While my primary point of contact was with Vinnie Schiavone, I was also more than capably assisted by both the Finance Department and the service department as it pertained to the actual delivery of Schiavone, I was also more than capably assisted by both the Finance Department and the service department as it pertained to the actual delivery of our new 2023 Corolla. Without all the details that precipitated my conversations with Vinnie, suffice it to say that he provided what I can only describe as miraculous results by being able to locate and deliver a much needed car in an unimaginable short period of time due to the family emergency that lead to my approaching him in the first place. There was absolutely nothing more that I could have sought or hoped for. He was the magician that pulled the proverbial rabbit out of a hat. Thank you ever so much, from the bottom of my heart.
