After buying 8 vehicles from this dealer, I am still very satisfied with all there service they provide. The management is A+ and I can forget to mention Pamela Lugari. Literally every person that worked the day we were there was helpful and friendly, even to my 6 year old and 19 month old children. They never were rude or impatient and nearly gave my son the run of the pl was helpful and friendly, even to my 6 year old and 19 month old children. They never were rude or impatient and nearly gave my son the run of the place to help keep them calm during the lengthy time we were there. Further, we never felt pressured or swindled as you sometimes do at other dealerships. They were receptive to changes we wanted to make, everything was reasonably priced and the process was overall smooth. The only thing I could complain about was we were there for hours and I never felt like I had any idea how much longer it would be or where we were in the process. Unfortunately, it seems to be an all day event when you buy a car no matter where you go. We also particularly liked our salesman, Avaughn Wells. Given they had what we were looking for, I'd happily shop there again. More
