Vinny was courteous throughou and he kept in contact about the diagnosis of the problems I mentioned.. Arranged shuttle service to home and back the next day. Software update fixed a CD problem, which w about the diagnosis of the problems I mentioned.. Arranged shuttle service to home and back the next day.
