Ms. Bisconti listens well and responded positively to my requests for a specific Highlander. She is pleasant, attentive and follows-up through the entire process--always making me feel comfortable. ( wait time, seating , coffee etc.) She is a STAR! Joe Croce was extremely patient and thorough in explaining all the new safety features and spent a lot of time securing that I had a very good car "pick-up" experience. This time we found him in a managerial capacity where, after we made our purchase, Joe patiently, carefully and attentively helped my husband and myself with the delivery process when we picked up our new XLE Camry on May 31. And today, in following through on the phone to see how we were doing, he re-explained to me a couple of features that I was learning. Our salesperson was Ginny Bisconti who meticulously first walked us through our consideration of the leasing process, then after we decided against leasing, with the features of a new LE Camry, and ultimately with our decision to buy an XLE.
