While I was disappointed that my service was not completely covered under the warranty, I was glad that I had Vito was my service consultant. I truly believe he tried hard to get it covered and was completely covered under the warranty, I was glad that I had Vito was my service consultant. I truly believe he tried hard to get it covered and was able to get partial coverage with Honda Cares. I initially gave Vito a hard time not understanding the coverage, but he was polite and extremely thorough in his explanation of how the warranty coverage works. While I was glad to have Vito and have him share his expertise with me, I have concerns about having bought a Honda from the Rohrman Auto Group. I have purchased a vehicle in the past from this group and had a bad experience, not sure I'll ever come back again, however with people like Vito, I may rethink that decision as he was exceptional. More
