We got a very good deal, but it was a difficult experience. Sales person was knowledgeable about the car. Messy, disorganized and dishonest. They didn’t accept the credit letter from my bank and forced me to buy the car from them at a higher interest rate. The finance manager literally tol They didn’t accept the credit letter from my bank and forced me to buy the car from them at a higher interest rate. The finance manager literally told me “it doesn’t matter what credit letter you have or if even bring in cash, I will not sell you the car unless you do it from a loan that I generate to you”. I called my bank and they said that had the same experience with that dealer and there is nothing they could do. BEWARE! More
