It appeared the dealership was not ready for us even though we had worked out the deal ahead of time and told them we would leave Pendleton at 9:00 am to come and sign papers and pick up the car. It still took over 2 1/2 hours to leave with the car. The charger had to be located as it wasn't in the vehicle and ready to go, this took a significant amount of time. More

Excellent communication and follow up on the sales process start to finish. Vehicle preparation was very good and a full tank of gas provided. Alex and the young woman handling the paperwork we're terrific. I'm very disappointed in everyone and everything else. 4.5 hours there for paperwork, the pickup wasn't charged although they knew I was terrific.
