I am in awe of everyone we encountered at Elliot Bay dealership. My husband went to a few dealerships, told me about the experience he received there (womp womp), then this one blew our mind with how re dealership. My husband went to a few dealerships, told me about the experience he received there (womp womp), then this one blew our mind with how real, authentic, professional, respectful, extremely nice. BJ greeted us outside with a smile that could light up a room. He introduces us to Dan who was authentic, caring and so personable. We understand that buying a car outright does not benefit the dealership, but they still treated us like we were making them thousands of dollars (unlike the other dealerships my husband went to. In fact, we were willing to pay a little more just because of the experience we received here, from BJ, Dan and Vivian). I can see why they receive 5 stars on reviews. I would highly recommend this place. I will only be buying and referring everyone to this dealership. I can’t leave this review without recognizing Vivian. What an amazing person and employee to have at this dealership. She wasn’t just about the paperwork/financing portion. She wanted to know about us, me, our life. I felt selfish because I didn’t ask as many questions but I did want to know about her life because how wonderful she was! He even sent me videos of the truck after the accessories I requested were installed, which made the whole experience feel personal and exciting.
