I was told up front it would take 3 days to diagnose the
cause of the AC failure. My car was repaired in 6 days. In discussions with service advisor I understand the problem is your short staff for quality

Perhaps my car could have been given a repair time and number when it would be my time and I could return to the dealer for repair after waiting 6 days. Too bad you no longer Provide a loner car. However service advisor, VK was excellent and kept me advised during the process.
