Rob has been incredible, helping me find the right tires, flagging deals, and going out of his way on a tricky parts order. The best example: Toyota told me my alternator was bad and quoted around $3,000 not including labor. I came to Subaru, Rob fit me in for a diagnostic right before closing, and the team stayed late to finish it. They confirmed the alternator, caught an AC blower motor issue too, and were completely honest that I realistically have one to two years and don’t need to rush anything. The real price they showed me was about $1,500 including labor. Wade also took great care of me on my first visit with him, even double checking with me before an oil change. They tell you what’s going on and give honest recommendations without ever pressuring you. I won’t take my car anywhere else. More

What really stood out was how much he cared about making sure we felt supported when an unexpected issue came up with my daughter’s vehicle. He was calm, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through next steps, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind in a stressful situation. It is not always easy to find someone who is both highly professional and sincerely helpful, but Wade has absolutely been that for us.
