Lease of 2020 Civic LX sedan from Rapids Honda. I came to the dealership looking for a used car. After looking at used cars available, Wade suggested the option of a lease. I have never leased before but after he explained the program and I looked at the cars available, I decided that a lease of a new Civic fit with my plans. Very friendly group to work with. More

I really wish I could give ZERO stars. I will not and would not every buy a car from this dealership!!! I make sure that everyone I meet that they never buy a car or have their car be w I will not and would not every buy a car from this dealership!!! I make sure that everyone I meet that they never buy a car or have their car be worked on at this dealership!! From telling me that the car that I inquired about was sold that day and then leaving the car on their website for over a month after it being allegedly sold. Which now I question it was even available then. I had at least two other people inquire about the same car and they both was offered a deal and was told that car was still available. Then asking them when they would like to come in and take a look at the car. They both had the person verify the car was available before coming to the dealership and to their surprise it was sold that day!!! Does dealership know that bait and switch is illegal in the state of Minnesota? If not they may want to have their legal team look at Minnesota Statutes 325D.44. The law lists a number of acts that are deemed unfair or deceptive trade practices, including, but not limited to, advertising goods or services with the intent not to sell them as advertised. That is pretty xxxx scummy and dirty as dealership. More

When we walked in, no one greeted us. Everyone just stopped and stared at us from all directions. No one said anything. Seriously. Just stared at us. The only reason we finally interacted with someone stopped and stared at us from all directions. No one said anything. Seriously. Just stared at us. The only reason we finally interacted with someone is because we needed the restroom. Wade proceeded to help us. We knew which cars we wanted to look at. He then pushed that we should try a Lincoln you had. When we test drove it, there was a reader for clearing codes sitting on the console. Then when we test drove it the car began to shake and the check engine light came on twice. He kept trying to sell us this one for some reason. Even after we stated we did not want it. He did his job as he was supposed to I guess but I didn’t like the feeling I got. In the end we took the car we came in for. When we brought the information to the credit union, we were told you were selling the car for more than what it said it was worth. I didn’t want to argue it at that point and just came in and paid. I am a very loyal costumer and will always come back as long as I feel like ppl are truthful. I really just did not trust the feel of your location. It is already an uncomfortable feeling when you are shopping for cars. More
