Great sales rep Wade. Great sales rep Wade and nice new dealership. Felt too much pressure in finance with Mark to buy an extended warranty. Didn’t enjoy that experience. My only concern is that it took a really really long time to complete the process. I knew coming in what I wanted to buy, and didn't even need to test drive the vehicle. Yet I was there for 4 hours. The delay came from the financing side. We had to wait a rather ridiculous amount of time to complete the purchase due to having only 2 finance people available. You definitely need more help on a Saturday, because that was frustrating. The rest of the experience was great. More

Price negotiation process I purchased Honda CR and I love it. I got the price I wanted on it eventually, but it was bit of frustrating process. I brought my car in to see what I purchased Honda CR and I love it. I got the price I wanted on it eventually, but it was bit of frustrating process. I brought my car in to see what the trade-in value would be vs trying to sell it on my own. Also, I was looking at a discount that the deanship was willing to offer. I found it strange the sales manager Shane wanted to negotiate on the basis of a monthly car payment without showing the breakdown of the discount and the trade-in. Luckily, my salesperson Wade was very patient and presented the breakdown of price in a way that makes sense to me and helped me realize that the trade-in was not worth it at all. More

We shopped around and Rapids met the best offer and beat it with their "Unlimited Powertrain Warranty". We agreed on a price before going and everything turned out exactly as expected. Wade, our salesperson, did a great answering all my questions regarding any dealer fees or options. Wade had everything ready and made our vehicle pick up about as fast as possible. There were no surprises I wasn't aware of. I recommend everyone familiarize yourself with pricing and options, so you know what you want, then give Rapids a call and give them a chance to make an offer.
